If emotions arise that’s part of this practice, know that that’s normal. Explore to stay present with the discomfort, come back again and again to noticing the sensations in your body, BREATH AND SOUND. Watch how a heaviness can shift to lightness and a tear can feel equisit as it’s rolling down your check.

I recommend to stop if the emotions feel overwhelming, if you’re not able to vocalise, make sounds anymore or in general if you’re feeling overwhelmed or anxious or can’t follow the guidance with presence.

In case you decide to stop, you can make yourself a cup of tea, call a friend or go for a walk.
