A Jade Egg is a body safe crystal that is used internally to cultivate sensual energy and blissful pleasure. It tones and strengthens your pelvic muscles.The eggs we will use are drilled and on a string. Sometimes women share with me that they’re scared that the egg gets “stuck”. Let me assure you that’s impossible and let’s talk more about this on IG or in your free coaching call that you can book below for all questions, hesitation or curiosity that comes up for you around the topic of pleasure empowerment.

In short: Yes. I’m very frequently supporting women to heal from past experiences for them to reclaim their sovereignty and birthright to feeling free and safe in their sensual expression.

I’m a certified Tao Tantric Facilitator specialising in Sacred Femininity practices. I trained, assisted and co-taught with Shashi Solluna and Minke De Vos. My Lineage is in the tradition of Osho, Margot Anand, Sarita (Neo-Tantra Osho) and Mantak Chia (Universal Healing Tao).
I’ve graduated from the Trauma Training for Tantra Professionals certified by Tantra Alliance.
